Business Systems Administrator
The Business Systems Administrator (BSA) is responsible for driving the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Reservation Management System (RMS), and other business processing platforms. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to understand and streamline business processes, ensuring seamless integration of primary platforms with other systems and optimizing workflows. As the business strives to enhance its customer relationship management, it is up to the Business System Administrator, alongside their supervisor and colleagues, to deliver a tailored, efficient Business System experience that supports the company’s success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of platforms to align with business processes and sales team needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of systems, such as marketing tools and booking systems.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance, customer engagement, and tour booking metrics.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales and customer service teams, ensuring effective use of business support tools and features.
- Drive system adoption through regular communication, training sessions, and updates to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the platforms to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay current with system updates and recommend new features or processes that align with business goals.
- Consistently meet project deadlines and provide proactive updates to supervisors.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user support materials.
- Drive continuous improvement of configurations and processes to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant Business Process Administration experience.
- Previous experience with CRM implementation, customization, or administration.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, preferably in a sales-focused organization.
- CRM Administrator certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
