Brand Manager, Radio
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing the branding strategy of the radio stations to enhance their market presence, audience engagement, and competitive positioning.
This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can lead branding initiatives, oversee marketing campaigns, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to elevate the station’s identity and market share.
- Manage sponsorship negotiations for internal and external events
- Lead creative concept development for on-air campaigns, events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with programming, marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, trends, and competitor positioning.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing content, including advertising, social media, and promotional materials.
- Manage branding budgets and coordinate with external agencies or vendors.
- Monitor brand performance through analytics, surveys, and feedback, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Lead brand initiatives to build strong community relationships and enhance listener loyalty.
- Stay current with industry trends and innovative branding techniques.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners/vendors, advertisers, readers, and media outlets.
- Assist with activations for outside broadcasts, events, and special projects
- Manage all contra, both internal and external.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure cohesive planning, activations, and outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or media, preferably within the radio and media sectors.
- Strong understanding of radio broadcasting, traditional media, media sales, and digital marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to brand development.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and social media platforms.
