Administrative & Special Projects Coordinator
This role ensures the smooth functioning of the department and contributes to the successful execution of marketing initiatives by handling administrative tasks and coordinating special projects.

- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including booking internal and external ads
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain and organize department files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, campaigns, and special projects, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events and projects.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure effective communication and coordination for marketing initiatives.
- Liaise with creative, digital, and content teams to gather necessary assets and materials for projects.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed for project execution.
- Serve as a point of contact between the marketing department and other departments for administrative and project-related matters.
- Take the lead on assigned special projects, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and completion.
- Conduct research, gather information, and analyze data to support special project objectives.
- Develop project plans, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing or Admin.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with project management principles, methodologies, and tools is beneficial as well as experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, tracking progress and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
