Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude required:

Must possess excellent oral, written, and communication skills.
Have excellent interpersonal skills.
Installation/configuration, and maintenance of systems, hardware, and software, and related infrastructure.
Experience with Apple IOS is an asset.
Project Management experience would be an asset.
Must be technically competent with various software programs.
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment and therefore promote harmonious relationships (inter & intra departmentally).
Must be professional, positive, open-minded, energetic, and consistent.
Be able to work on own initiative, multitask, and manage time effectively
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Must be able to shape new ideas for improvement and efficiency.
Must be confidential.
Must be solution-oriented and have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Undertakes Project implementations and provides post-implementation support.
Provide 1st level technical support to include server, software, and hardware maintenance.
Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures, and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.
Sets up and configures desktop computers, peripherals, and accounts, assigning security level.
Installs software and installs and repairs hardware and peripherals.
Researches and recommends system equipment upgrades.
May perform routine security checks on the system; Installs, repairs and removes wire and cable lines.
Any other duties as assigned by the Group IT Manager.

Minimum Qualification:

An Associate’s Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, Network+, Security+.
CompTIA Certifications.
1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position or in the Automotive Industry.
