Sales Representative

Appliance Traders Limited is seeking a Sales representative to utilize communication and interpersonal skills along with effective planning, organization, analysis, and execution to maximize ATL sales and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Solicit sales of all of ATL’s products and in particular, domestic appliances, air conditioning, generators, industrial, commercial equipment, and services.
Assist in collecting all receivables owed to ATL.
Investigate all of the customers' complaints and take the necessary steps to rectify them as soon as possible.
Follow up on all customers' orders secured by you throughout all stages of sales/installation and ensure timely delivery of the customers' goods. In the event of a delay in delivery/installation for unforeseen reasons, the customer must be notified accordingly, estimating a new date.
Promote the Company's products and promote the Company's best interests at all times.
Provide ATL with a weekly report of your daily activities.
Attend scheduled sales meetings and any other meetings that may be organized accordingly.
Provide and maintain in good order, a suitable motor car to be used in the performance of your duties.
Comply with the rules of ATL as they exist or as they may be changed or issued by ATL from time to time.
Participate in all sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Utilize ATL's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track sales, input leads, manage customer interactions, and improve overall service delivery.
Any other duties which may be assigned.

Qualification & Experience:

At least a Diploma in sales or a BSc. Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).
A minimum of three (3) years of sales and customer service experience.
Technical background (Air Conditioning or Technical Knowledge) would be an asset.

Job Requirements:

Good oral and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with a passion for sales.
Ability to work on own initiative and operate efficiently under pressure.
Product knowledge.
