Assistant Lounge Manager 
Reporting to the AC Lounge Manager, the incumbent provides support to the Lounge operations, especially the Bar.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the AC Lounge Manager by overseeing operations of the AC Lounge.
  • Manage and maintain the Bar's inventory, including but not limited to ensuring circulating inventory counts are completed on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring bar stock counts are completed twice daily, and proper records of glass breakage are maintained.
  • Create attractive bar menus.
  • Carry out weekly bar inspection and submit report to AC Lounge Manager.
  • Supervise the team of Mixologists, prepare work schedules, and manage performance and discipline.
  • Ensure there is full compliance with the AC Marriott Brand Standards as well as Food Handling standards.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Hospitality Industry.
  • Valid Food Handler's Permit.

  • Ability to be creative and think outside the box.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Customer service oriented.
Specific Knowledge Required
  • Sound knowledge of the hotel's operations and services.
  • Sound knowledge of Food and Beverage operations.
