Parts Specialist (Via Phone)

The Contact Centre Parts Specialist provides support to customers while liaising with the Parts Department at the Service Centers; ensures that the highest level of Customer Service possible is delivered; resolves all guests/clients concerns and/or complaints to a satisfactory conclusion and ensures that no guest/client leaves less than 100% satisfied.

Core Functions:

To ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Parts Department.
Answering general queries about the cost and availability of part items.
Navigate all Brand catalogs to locate correct part items and details.
Prepare quotations for clients.
Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to customers at all times.
Ensure handling of all customer queries via telephone calls or emails.
Providing call back or following up with clients on time.
Handling of complaints in an expeditious, courteous, and fair manner.
Any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma or O-level subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English.
Computer literate with computer applications and software i.e. Windows/Excel/Access/Outlook. Ability to input and access information from a computer.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Relationship Skills; (Professional and Tactful).
Automotive experience/exposure is a requirement.
