Parts Specialist (Via Phone)
 
The Contact Centre Parts Specialist provides support to customers while liaising with the Parts Department at the Service Centers; ensures that the highest level of Customer Service possible is delivered; resolves all guests/clients concerns and/or complaints to a satisfactory conclusion and ensures that no guest/client leaves less than 100% satisfied.
 
Core Functions:
  • To ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Parts Department.
  • Answering general queries about the cost and availability of part items.
  • Navigate all Brand catalogs to locate correct part items and details.
  • Prepare quotations for clients.
  • Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to customers at all times.
  • Ensure handling of all customer queries via telephone calls or emails. 
  • Providing call back or following up with clients on time.
  • Handling of complaints in an expeditious, courteous, and fair manner. 
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
  •  Diploma or O-level subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English.
  • Computer literate with computer applications and software i.e. Windows/Excel/Access/Outlook.  Ability to input and access information from a computer.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Relationship Skills; (Professional and Tactful).
  • Automotive experience/exposure is a requirement.
