Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
- Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items on time.
- Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the team to whom you report.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Level Two (2) Certificate in Food Preparation or equivalent for an accredited training institution.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a similar capacity or comparative position.
- Clean Police Record.
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit.
