Groups Specialist
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring clients enjoy a seamless, memorable experience from booking to execution. 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage group room blocks using Opera PMS and SFA.
  • Enter rates, rooming lists, billing instructions, and special requests accurately.
  • Monitor pickup, cutoff dates, and block changes to maximize revenue.
  • Assist clients with pre-event planning, timelines, setups, and function details.
  • Prepare BEOs, group resumes, event documents, and coordinate with all departments.
  • Support onsite event needs including VIP arrivals, registration desks, and client walkthroughs.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and departmental communications.
  • Maintain client data, leads, and production updates in SFA.
  • Assist with site inspections, sales calls, and internal meetings.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, events, reservations, or front office.
  • Experience with Opera PMS and SFA preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional, customer-service driven attitude.
