Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Shuttle units from rental lots to the maintenance area.
Provide courteous and professional service to all customers.
Support Technicians in the movement of vehicles for repairs.
Support the rental frontline and technical team in providing driver chase for rental, pickups, deliveries, and damaged units.
Collect, check, and sign for parts received at ATL parts department or any other vendor service.
Shuttle vehicle intercity and any other required location.

Fleet Check and Inspection

Check units that require fuel at the maintenance location and request from the supervisor or Lead, and action.
Provide information to close Non-Revenue Tickets. LOD, Supervisor, or other designated person for closing.
Start units on location at maintenance lot/s every other day, and should be idle for five (5) minutes to prevent battery loss.
Key out all units at the maintenance location and ensure locked at the end of the day.

Facilitate Vehicle Hand-Over to Customer

Allow cross-training for vehicle check-off and rental delivery/ pickup support.
Complete all required training.
Any other task assigned by the Manager, LOD, and designated.

Qualifications & Experience:

School Leaving Certificate (High School).
General Driver’s License – minimum 2 years old (Must have).
Must be at least 22 years old.
